We interview candidates
Each candidate goes through two online interviews and a final in-person interview at our Cebu IT Park office. We assess technical skills, English proficiency and role fit.

You receive a small, fully screened shortlist with our recommendation. You can lead the final selection or approve our recommended candidate.
Selecting your team member
We handle the hiring process, employment contract and onboarding paperwork. A 3-week replacement guarantee applies at no extra cost if the hire does not perform to standard.
