These Terms of Service govern the provision of services by Plus Back Office. Service delivery is carried out from our Philippines operations at 17th Floor, Skyrise 4B, West Geonzon Street, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City 6000, Philippines.
By engaging our services you agree to these terms. If you have a separate written agreement with Plus Back Office that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

Plus Back Office provides fully managed, office-based offshore back-office team services. This includes:
We offer a 3-week replacement guarantee. If a team member placed by Plus Back Office does not meet the agreed performance standards within the first 3 weeks of starting, we will recruit a replacement at no additional recruitment fee. This guarantee applies once per role placement.
You agree to:
Work product created by your offshore team in the course of their duties for you belongs to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. All Plus Back Office staff sign confidentiality agreements as part of their employment contracts. Client NDAs can be executed where required.
Each party is responsible for its own compliance with applicable data protection laws in its jurisdiction. Where you provide personal data to your offshore team for processing, you are responsible for ensuring this is done in accordance with applicable data protection regulations in your jurisdiction. A data processing agreement is available on request.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plus Back Office's liability to you in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.
Either party may terminate the engagement by giving 30 days written notice unless otherwise agreed in writing. On termination, outstanding fees become immediately payable. We will manage the offboarding of staff in accordance with Philippine employment law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. Clients in Australia and the United States acknowledge that Plus Back Office Ltd is a UK-registered entity and agree to English law as the governing law for this agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes. The current version is always available at plusbackoffice.com/terms-of-service
