Yes. Your offshore team accesses your applicant tracking system from company-managed desktops via secure VPN and 2FA. Whether you use Bullhorn, JobAdder, Vincere, Greenhouse or any other ATS, we configure access on the company desktop before your team member starts.
All team members sign confidentiality and data handling agreements as part of their employment contracts. Work is conducted on company-managed desktops with no personal device access to candidate data. Role-based access controls limit each team member to the data they need for their specific tasks.
Your offshore team can conduct sourcing on LinkedIn (using your agency's LinkedIn Recruiter seats), Indeed, Seek, your internal ATS database and any other platforms you provide access to. Platform access is your existing licences; we handle the hardware and connectivity.
